So. Funny story.
Dave has a profile up on cupid.com. He meets this girl, Sheena, who he really likes. If I remember right, they hung out a few times... Anyway, he decides that this is the girl he really wants to date. She's this really cute girl with two kids and a good job at Microsoft. Well, she just kinda falls off the earth. She won't respond to his texts, calls, anything. But he still tells me about her and how much he likes her. Lately though, the conversations have been about why she doesn't respond to him anymore.
One day, Dave decided he wanted to be his usual asshole self and fuck with some girls on craigslist... The girls that offer "services." So he finds some random girl named Jessica, texts her and says, "Hey Jessica, remember me?" She responded and said no, so Dave sent her some pictures. And Jessica said, "Actually, I do know you."
Fast forward again, Dave finally manages to get a hold of Sheena... They are talking and he asks why he hasn't heard from her in so long. She says that she has talked to Dave recently... She tells him to think really hard about it... And he says, "Jessica...!?"
YUP. Sheena = Jessica. She no longer works at Microsoft and became a whore to support herself. Dave is so furious and wishes she would have asked for help instead of "degrading herself like that." (His words.) I personally think the whole thing is funny. What are the chances of him picking some random girl and having it be Sheena!?
I realize that I sound like a mean person, I guess, for laughing at the situation... But seriously... Like my title says... It's a small world after all!
